In this role the candidate will work as a consulting team member on client or internal assignments involving product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. He/She will serve as a product expert to new clients during installations. Also, he/she will provide advice and expertise in system configuration as it applies to the client's business while drawing on managed care, application system technology and business experience as the context for delivery. The candidate will lead/conduct the transfer of Facets application knowledge and analyze customers' business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration of the customer's business on the product. He/She will work with the customer to document system configuration driven by key business decisions and processes. Finally, the candidate will act as point person between applicable TriZetto departments and the customer to ensure that all application oriented issues relating to the implementation project are appropriately addressed.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Experience with large Payer system applications (Facets, NetworX, Amisys, Diamond, other).
The experience should include a strong understanding of core functionality in a variety of business areas, such as benefits, provider, or membership and enrollment.
Additionally, the candidate should posses the ability to analyze, interpret and configure business requirements based upon client's design documents and will use application knowledge and experience to identify alternative solutions.
"Cradle to grave" experience with large Payer system implementations; configuration roles preferred.
Proven ability to manage and execute on assigned tasks and activities to meet project deadlines and objectives with a high degree of autonomy.
Minimum Requirements:
5-7 Years experience with TriZetto FACETS product
1-2 Years product implementation/configuration
3 years experience in client-facing/Management Consulting role
5-7 Years experience in the Healthcare/Payer Industry
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel upto 100%
