Our client, a mid-sized company located in Chicago is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their growing organization. This individual will report directly to the CFO of the organization. The responsibilities will include the following: • Serve as primary analytical resource to help the company understand our performance, our competitors and our opportunities • Prepare CEO/CFO for quarterly conference calls, investor meetings, conferences, and Board of Directors meetings • Manage annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts • Work closely with all departments to produce and improve internal management reporting • Identify/evaluate/drive business opportunities including M&A, partnerships, pricing decisions and supplier relationships • Produce monthly and quarterly financial press releases If you are qualified for this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements, please send your resume directly to toby.coffey@roberthalf.com

• Bachelor's Degree • 7+ years overall experience, 5+ years corporate finance (public company) experience • Organized, detail-orientated self-starter • Desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Curiosity to learn and understand the business • Enjoy working with people across multiple disciplines • Strong financial analytical capabilities • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access or SQL
