POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 plus years of experience dealing with project finance transactions, including organization, negotiation and execution.
• Knowledge and expertise in tax equity, sale-leaseback, term debt, and sub debt structures.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and analytics.
• International experience is a big plus.
• High energy, deal maker, engaging and enthusiastic personality.
• Develop new structured finance solutions for projects.
• Coordinate directly with banks, institutional investors, and legal to ensure the timely funding of projects.
• Develop the required standardized models to analyze IRR, income statements, balance sheet, cash flow, debt service and other key financial reviews.
• Ideal backgrounds are from Investment Banking, Consulting or a Large Corporate entity performing M&A/Project Finance transactions.
• Salary to $200,000, plus productivity bonus program.
