Senior Financial Analyst - Compensation

This position plays a key role in our goal of building the best talent in retail by providing insight into our ability to identify, select, develop, and retain talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide insight into correlations between staffing and sales to optimize business results
- Analyze employee productivity performance and trends
- Provide guidance to business leaders in selection of key metrics and report design
- Support design of tools to enable workforce analytics across Nordstrom
- Design and create scorecards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in applicable degree (statistics, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
- Software skills necessary for efficient analysis and reporting (Excel, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in analytics
- MBA or other applicable advanced degrees and certifications a plus
