Current Need

Sales Forecast Analyst

-Compiles monthly sales and revenue forecast

-Reports on actual sales and revenue results

-Creates multiple monthly/quarterly analytical reports

-Maintains data in TM1 (budget/forecast system)

-Creates monthly executive presentation



Key Responsibilities

-Reporting & Analysis - Complete standard monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis of Customer Operations (product-level) and Division sales data.

-Planning & Forecasting- Drive the preparation, analysis and presentation to executive management of the 3-year strategic plan, monthly forecast of the Divisions sales and revenue activities.

-Special Projects - Carry out special projects as required.

Position Description

Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.

Desired Experience

-In-depth knowledge of sales methodology and processes

-Advanced data analysis skills

-Advanced knowledge of CRM systems - specifically Siebel

-Experience with Sales Finance matters

-Working knowledge of Business Objects or other reporting tools

-Super-user of Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Requirements

5+ years accounting/finance experience

Education

MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience
