Senior Financial Analyst 10-11996798

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the managers in the forecasting, budgeting and analysis. This includes providing all profit and loss analysis. The position is located in Bolingbrook and will report to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.  

DUTIES:

Lead monthly business reviews with operations team

Heavy ad-hoc and recurring time-sensitive analysis

Implement P&L review process and enhance monthly forecast process for retail and salon operations

Identify cost savings opportunities through partnership with operations team

Assist Operations and Finance with various projects

Create and prepare analysis for Board of Directors & Leadership review meetings

Take ownership for the creation of salon annual budget and monthly forecast.

Prepare and analyze ROI for retail and salon initiatives

Budget, forecast & analyze retail and salon overheads

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience- ideally for retail or consumer goods operations. Proven financial modeling abilities. Expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. SAP experience a plus. Strong problem analysis skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze complicated data. Strong work ethic with ability and willingness to work extended hours as necessary.
