Under the general direction of the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst will include: performing month end duties related to all third party reimbursement, contract analysis and various forecasting. Additionally, this position will assist in regulatory reporting to include Medicare-2552 and DHCFP-403 cost reports and oversee all healthcare surveys from various organizations. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of finance experience preferably in Healthcare. BS degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred. Expertise in Excel with a proficiency with Microsoft Office and Meditech. High level of analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including Senior Management.
