Job Description

Hi-Tech Manufacturing Company in greater Dayton is looking for a strong, Sr. Financial Analyst This position will support senior management through development of capacity plans, “what if” analyses, sensitivity analysis and other special projects related to business operations, sizing and profitability. This is a high-profile position reporting to the Controller. Company offers highly competitive salary and benefits.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience: • 4-6 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience in Audit, Commercial, Cost and/or Reporting positions • Strong analytical skills with a strong knowledge of accounting principals • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization (written and verbal) • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint • Experience with MRP or ERP system • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. MBA/CPA preferred Additional skills and experience (not required, but potential differentiators) • Manufacturing experience • Cost accounting experience • Six Sigma or Lean certification • Expertise in other software including modeling tools, statistical tools etc.
