The Senior Financial Analysts primary responsibilities include driving the accounting and financial service functions of the facility to optimize ability to meet yearly profit plan and long term strategic financial objectives. Additional responsibilities include:
oDevelop, initiate, and coordinate accounting and financial objectives with all department personnel and all other divisional personnel that require assistance and/or information. oParticipate in the development of and implementation of cost savings projects, and profit and strategic plan objectives. oIdentify and support continuous improvement ideas and programs through teamwork and participation. oFacilitate month-end closing and complete account reconciliations. Also perform financial statement review as well as prepare and post journal entries. oPrepare monthly reconciliations. oResponsible for capital projects appropriation requests, capital spend tracking, and maintaining -Oracle Fixed Asset & Project systems. oPrepare monthly rolling forecast and operation review package. oLocal payroll duties. oEnsure site is compliant with all SOX requirements. oPrepare, analyze, and investigate account variances and make recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications: Technical Skills: oA Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field o2-5 years of experience in a progressively responsible accounting role oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) oExperience with MFG Pro or similar ERP system i Competencies: oResults Driven oStrong Business Acumen oSolid written and verbal communication skills. oDemonstrated problem solving ability.
