Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join an exciting company. If hired for this Senior Financial Analyst job you will be responsible for: for assisting in the consolidation of Company-wide financial results. Additionally, the Financial Analyst, Reporting is responsible for preparing detailed supporting schedules and analysis to support disclosures made by the Company. This position will also assist in the preparation and distribution of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements. The Financial Analyst, Reporting will work with the Manager, Financial Reporting to prepare financial statements, footnotes and schedules for distribution to management, investors, the SEC and other governmental authorities. This position interacts throughout the Company internally, and with auditors, outside counsel, and government agencies externally. For consideration candidates need to have 2+ years experience (some in public accounting) and have the following experience: SEC experience, financial reporting, possess strong understanding of GAAP, internal and external reporting experience, have audit experience, and be career motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced exciting environment.
