Job Responsibilities:
As a key part of the Finance team, this position will be engaged in performing critical financial support to the business and to the financial community on a global level. The primary role will entail interfacing with various business leaders within an R&D and Product Management environment that operates on $55M+ of OpEx with a product profile generating $1.2B of revenue.



Essential Functions


• Providing business partner support to the business teams across multiple global sites.


• Develop, maintain and provide financial information: Establish and improve accounting structures set up for gathering divisional financial information, convert financial data into meaningful information for use in business decision making.


• Management Reporting: Analyze operating results and provide management with inputs and /or recommendations.


• Business Planning and forecast: Establish and improve financial planning process, educate and working with managers at all levels within division to understand and implement better planning, forecast and control over resources


• Analysis supporting business operations: Develop business analysis models and tools to assist managers in their daily business operations and decision making.


• In addition to the daily/monthly activities covered above, this individual must display the abilities to provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to fulfill any request within the scope of finance and accounting.



Requirements

- 4 year Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance)

- 3 - 5+ years relevant experience

- Strong skills in MS Excel and Oracle

- MBA preferred but not essential
