Senior Financial Analyst Based at our Home Office in Tampa, and reporting to the Corporate Vice President/Treasurer, you will provide analytical support primarily related to cash flow forecasting, debt covenant compliance projections, balance sheet and working capital projections. You will also assist with the operational activities of the Corporate Treasury in the areas of cash management, financing, and risk management as well as regularly interact with the Senior Treasury Manager and the OSI Chief Financial Officer.
Additional Responsibilities Include: - Financial modeling and analysis primarily focused on working capital, liquidity, capital structure and credit agreement covenant calculations.
- Manage daily/periodic cash flow forecast and forecast to actual variance reports.
- Develop and maintain interest rate, derivative/hedging, cash flow and capital models as well as design a system to report the results of these models.
- Create models of the impact of transactions on cash flow, liquidity, capital structure and debt covenant compliance.
- Cultivate and enhance sensitivity analysis models for working capital, liquidity and debt covenants.
- Serve as liaison with private equity, bank and bond constituents.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis.
Experience & Background Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters Degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of financial analysis, commercial banking or private equity experience.
- General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with accounting experience a plus.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills a must.
- Essbase/Intelligence user preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modeling abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work and influence teams.
- Deadline oriented with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
