To ensure our continued success, we must attract and retain exceptional talent at all levels of our organization. We are currently seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the North America ‘NA’ accounting and reporting organization.

Our search is focused on a professional who can successfully work with several internal accountants and business analysts located at various sites primarily throughout the United States to challenge the status quo and seek improvements to the reporting and analysis process. The professional in this role will also work directly with external auditors located in the United States and Luxembourg to meet external audit requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present monthly internal financial reviews and analysis to management
* Lead the coordination efforts of the interim & annual US GAAP audit for the US Region
* Prepare annual statutory filings for the US entities incorporated in Luxembourg
* Lead the coordination efforts of the annual Luxembourg statutory audit for the US Region
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial disclosure schedules
* Prepare quarterly and annual government schedules
* Prepare monthly “Flash” report and submit to business reporting team
* Prepare monthly “Watchlist” report and submit to management
* Lead process improvements in the reporting process to increase timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial information while eliminating waste where possible
* Provide support for various corporate, tax, and business requests for information
* Provide ad hoc analysis upon request

Required skills:
* Bachelors degree or higher in accounting with 4+ years of accounting experience.
* US GAAP experience
* Proven analytical skills and modeling capabilities
* Flexibility to handle several tasks/demands simultaneously
* Sound communications skills with all levels of management
* Experience in Excel to extract complex data from multiple business systems, filter through the data, and generate valuable analysis


Preferred skills:
* Public accounting experience and CPA is preferred, but not required
* SAP and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is preferred, but not required
