Position Profile:
IKON Office Solutions is currently looking for career-oriented individuals to help provide entry-level office support services within our customer locations. The Senior On-Site Customer Service Specialist's primary focus is building relationships with customers while providing important office support. In this position you will be responsible for providing copy/print services, mail services, shipping and other office related tasks. To help you thrive, IKON provides an award-winning training program, an excellent support structure and a comprehensive benefits package.


Qualifications:



  • The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills, 1-2 years of related work experience, and a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must!
  • Scanning experience required.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
  • Working in a highly secured environment.
  • Ability to work with legal tender with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to review complex documents to determine appropriate routine requirements as determined by client policy.
  • Previous experience in a highly quality controlled environment.
  • Flexible shifts available including 6-3; 7-4; 8-5; and 9-6.
  • Must be able to pass extensive background check including drug screen.
