Senior Financial Systems Analyst- Oracle

At present, we have excellent opportunities for Senior Financial Systems Analysts specializing in the modules of either Oracle A/P, A/R, or GL located in our Englewood facility.



In these positions, you will leverage your information technology and accounting/finance knowledge to support Arrow's global finance teams. The role is a liaison between the business teams and our IT organization, enabling a unique perspective on the needs of the organization and the capabilities of the system. You will be challenged with identifying solutions to the business to meet their needs in delivering our financial results.



We are seeking professionals in the following areas:

- Oracle A/P: functioning as the Oracle Financial Administrator, this role will also be responsible for working with users to troubleshoot issues in the A/P module, iexpense and Markview. Will also be challenged with the global roll out of iexpense, system administration experience in Oracle A/P and iexpense is required.

- Oracle A/R: functioning as the Oracle Financial Administrator, this role will also be responsible for working with users to troubleshoot issues in the A/R module, collections strategy and configurations. Will also be challenged with the global rollout of collection strategy and coordination of changes across the globe. System administration experience in Oracle A/R is required.

- Global Consolidation: utilizing Oracle and Khalix (reporting consolidation system), this role will be responsible for the global consolidation reporting process. Khalix experience is preferred, but Hyperion is also acceptable.

- North American Consolidation: responsible for Oracle General Ledger, global chart of accounts maintenance and governance, budget and consolidations as well as Oracle fixed asset support. System administration experience in Oracle G/L is required.



Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:

- Acting as the central point of contact for the global finance teams in all regions

- Providing on-call support for application issues in Oracle, supporting the month end close, system availability and performance optimization

- Determining security rights for users and provide guidance related to security administration

- Manage and support system testing of new upgrades, hot patches and releases

- Proactively identify opportunities to automate business and reporting processes

- Special projects as required



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in either Finance/Accounting/Information Technology or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of System Administration experience with Oracle Financials- strong knowledge of accounting/financial process and reporting is a must

- Experience with a financial reporting tool such as Khalix or Hyperion

- Excellent project management and customer service skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Visio



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Accounting background with IT knowledge
