In this position you will analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements in support of the AMC GDSS program.  You will perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.  You will also Identify resources required for each task.  You will provide daily supervision and direction to support staff as needed.  You will analyze the AMC C2 community business and technical processes to formulate and enhance the GDSS functional baseline. You will represent the development contractor in defining requirements and business cases for the technology developments, to include the Mobility Enterprise Information Services (MEIS) development. You will also coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data and system techniques and controls, are clearly defined.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 6 years direct experience, 4 years direct experience with a Masters Degree
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with AMC C2 Systems. 

Requires knowledge of AMC computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow in the TRANSCOM and AMC environments. 

US Citizenship and a current or re-instatable secret clearance is required.

Assets:
Desired experience includes familiarity with Microsoft Web service technology and prior experience with large scale C2 programs. 

Prior AMC C2 experience, with familiarity with the airlift and air refueling mission communities, is a plus. 

Masters in related technical field and/or military experience also preferred.
