Geek Squad 24 Hour Computer Support Task Force is comprised of an elite tactical unit of highly trained Agents who focus solely on computer and network support.


Geek Squad Counter Intelligence Agent



Responsibilities:



  • The Geek Squad Senior Counter Intelligence Agent supports the achievement of overall organization, store sales and customer retention goals by assisting in the development, direction and mentoring of Counter Intelligence Agents.

  • Works together with the Best Buy Mobile Stand Alone Store Manager supporting and implementing targeted customer service, customer retention and sales techniques and incorporates the SOLVE CARE process.

  • Contributes to delivery of optimal customer service by assisting the Best Buy Mobile Stand Alone Store Manager in the recruiting, training, scheduling and retention of customer-focused part-time Agents.

  • Personifies and upholds the Geek Squad service standards and brand.




Qualifications

Basic Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years prior work experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics

  • 1+ years prior supervisory or leadership experience
