We are currently looking for a Sr. Grants Administrator.  In that position, the Sr. Grants Administrator will:

·         Manage post-award administration of grants and contracts;

·         Act as Finance Manager for complex cooperative agreements, including multiple NIH Networks;

·         Track budgets and work with Project Directors and Principal Investigators on a monthly basis 
      to review expenditures;

·         Coordinate progress reports, including ARRA reporting on FederalReporting.gov;

·         Prepare and monitor sub-award agreements;

·         Prepare and monitor clinical site agreements;

·         Prepare financial status reports;

·         Act as a resource to Project Directors and Principal Investigators on specialized grant matters;

·         Assist with pre-award grant submissions, as needed, including back-up to proposal
      development department

Qualifications:

·         MS with 7 years minimum experience or BS with 10 years experience in grants administration;

·         Prior experience with Federal pre and post-award accounting for grants, contracts and
      subcontracts is required; including preparations and submissions

·         Extensive Knowledge of NIH Regulations and experience with NIH Commons and Grants.gov;

·         Excellent communication skills with internal and external constituents;

·         Excellent organization skills, including strict attention to details,  prioritizing multiple projects
      and meeting firm deadlines

·         Advanced Excel skills are required.
