Matchware, www.matchware.com, a global leader in mind mapping, multimedia and desktop recording software, is seeking a full time Senior Graphic Designer to work in our Tampa office in Hyde Park, who possesses a passion for great design, a superb aesthetic sense and relentless attention to detail. The Senior Graphic Designer is a key player in determining the future design of the MatchWare product line.  We are looking for a visionary designer who is ready to and capable of setting the bar for UI, web, print and package design.

The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with software developers to conceive, design and develop mock-ups, specifications and final assets required for flawless design implementation. The Senior Graphic Designer also is in charge maintaining the www.matchware.com website, brochure and packaging design and will be involved in individual and group critiques of their work.

Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:

• Degree in a design related field
  
• 5 or more years of professional experience in an in-house design position
  
• Excellent User Interface design skills (must be able to design interface elements such as icons, user interface controls and dashboards)
  
• The ability to quickly simplify and grasp complex design issues and then provide viable solutions
  
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet competing deadlines
  
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  
• An exception portfolio of work demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative digital interface, web, print and package design solutions
  
• Experience with SEO, SEM or Google Analytics is a plus

Senior Graphic Designer Software Skills:

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign and Flash
  
• PC Proficient
  
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS
  
• Understanding of color management and the Print Process (CMYK) including producing artwork/print ready pdf, image design and optimisation for web (RGB).
