In this position you will configure, manage, and support Sargent & Lundy's enterprise document management environment specific responsibilities including:
- Implementation, configuration and support of IBM P8 base document management system (DMS)
- Management and support of the P8 DMS Business Process Modeling interface and assistance with process modeling/ process automation projects
- Management and support of the eForm and Content Collector software interfaces and assistance with implementation of new electronic forms and content capture initiatives
- Management and support of other P8 DMS interfaces for content management and application integration
- Interface with P8 DMS systems analysts, IT developers, project administrators and end users to facilitate the DMS implementation, support, application integration and project usage.

Qualifications:
Requirements include a college degree and minimum of five years actively working in a management, configuration and support role for a IBM/FileNet P8 enterprise document management environment.
Candidates must have:
- Experience in the installation, configuration, management and support of IBM P8 Content Manager
- Experience using IBM P8 Business Process Management to design and implement business processes and workflows for enterprise projects
- Experience using IBM P8 eForms to design and implement electronic forms for enterprise projects
- Experience in the installation, configuration, management and support of IBM P8 Content Collector for automating the collection of email (preferably Lotus Notes) and LAN documents
- Experience in the implementation, management and support of IBM P8 eDiscovery
- Experience in the implementation, management and support of IBM P8 Records Manager
- Experience in the integration of IBM P8 with locally developed applications
Experience with 3rd party interfaces to IBM P8 including Kofax, KwikWork and Spatiax software interfaces is desirable.
