Senior IC Test Engineer (Memory Devices):.

A growing company in the Phoenix, Arizona Metropolitan area is looking for a Senior Memory IC Test Engineer with solid ATE experience specifically with Advantest. We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area.

The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide engineering support for the company's product line through all phases of test and product development and manufacturing

  • Develop test programs on ATE testers

  • Coordinate and drive new product qualification and transfer to manufacturing * Support manufacturing yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction programs

  • Drive root cause analysis of any customer returns or field failures (a plus)



The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5+ years or more of ATE Test engineering experience

  • Experience with Advantest, Teradyne J750 ATE Testers is desired

  • Detailed understanding of diagnostic, product testing, failure analysis, and debugging techniques

  • Self starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem solving ability

  • Experience with Memory devices is required such as DRAM, MRAM, and/or SRAM
