This person will work with IT and business users in both a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance capacity. They will independently work with developers and other Quality Assurance staff in a QA environment. This will include participating in User Acceptance testing.  This position will require independent reporting for both Business Analyst and Quality Assurance capacities as well as participating in production support. Qualifications:   Required:  2+ years experience writing system requirements documentation, gathering and analyzing data 1+ years experience with SQL - writing SQL statements, select queries and update/delete statements 2+ years proficiency in MS Office Applications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Assets:   Experience as a systems analyst Experience in the Health Care Industry (health care delivery) HIPAA Compliance, 270 and 271 Transaction experience is preferred Medicaid and Medicare experience  Experience testing software.
