Position Description: 
Responsible for conducting training needs analysis for the business and developing all training materials, communications and activities to meet the organization's job/role requirements. 
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommending/ implementing modifications as necessary 

  • May work with SMEs to obtain training content

  • May include design and development of online and web-based training materials 

  • Also includes recruitment and hiring of Client Services staff

  • Manage all new hire CSA staff while in on boarding program, which includes HR related activities and performance feedback

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate training experience; developing and facilitating

  • Bachelors degree is required; Masters preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Leadership experience

  • Healthcare experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
