This includes government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and health delivery networks, insurance providers and, of course, the diverse business divisions of UnitedHealth Group.    Position Description:  Responsible for conducting training needs analysis for the business and developing all training materials, communications and activities to meet the organization's job/role requirements.    Primary Responsibilities:  Conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommending/ implementing modifications as necessary  May work with SMEs to obtain training content May include design and development of online and web-based training materials  Also includes recruitment and hiring of Client Services staff Manage all new hire CSA staff while in on boarding program, which includes HR related activities and performance feedback  Bring your talent to an industry leader with the information, technology, and consulting expertise to help transform health and human services.
