Job Description

You must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this position and must have an active Secret clearance with ability to get Top Secret clearance. Candidates with active DoD Top Secret clearance are preferred.

We have an ongoing need for Java EE 5 developers. The position is variable depending on the person. It could be a team lead type person or a developer. A background with Weblogic, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, exposure to UML, Rational Rose and design patterns are key.

Specifically, we need mid to senior-level Java/J2EE engineers to support the Defense Readiness Reporting System – Army in Springfield, VA. The Defense Readiness Reporting System-Army (DRRS-A) provides new capabilities for the Army in near real time. These capabilities include modernizing readiness reporting (NetUSR), registration, mobilization and projection planning using the Army's single authoritative source of current information. The network based, streamlined system supports several Army applications in a single location that enables the user to perform their assigned mission in a timely manner.
