This position leads or works as part of a project team to develop software applications with a moderate to high level of complexity that meet or exceed customer expectations. This may include coaching, mentoring or providing work direction to other developers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred; high school diploma and equivalent work experience required.  Five or more years software development experience; demonstrated expertise with project-specific programming language (ASP.NET, SQL Server); experience working with application development methodologies; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to lead projects and give work direction to others, and work successfully both independently and in teams.  Experience with Team Foundation Server a plus. Experience integrating or working with desktop publishing software preferred.
