Senior Legal Services Specialist - Eden Prairie, MN or Austin, TX
 
Position Description:
This position will provide support to the organization's contract research organization business by working with customer's legal departments to establish template agreements to be used with investigative clinical trial sites. Responsibilities may also include negotiating contracts with the investigative clinical trial sites. Direct interaction with the organization's customers and the clinical trial investigators is expected. In performing the job responsibilities, this position will also support the clinical trial project team.

Qualifications: 
  • Proficient - Intermediate skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Legal Assistant/Paralegal Certificate or Associates Degree in legal/paralegal studies

  • 1+ years - Contract review, negotiation and drafting experience

  • 3+ years - Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external customers

  • Clinical background experience is a plus

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
