Our client is a large consulting firm that is expanding their healthcare service area. They consult with various insurance companies, medical centers, hospitals, and governments to improve organizational operations and fundamentally improve health outcomes. Through their consulting they have implemented reform programs in more than 10 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first statistician/epidemiologist/health economist brought on to support the consulting team. In this position you will be required to provide high level analytics, including design, modeling, survival analysis, epidemiologic casual modeling, and data analysis. There will be occasions to present methodologies or finding directly to clients. Salary range $170k - $240k (but the top end is flexible for the right talent) with a 20% performance bonus.
To be considered for this position you must have the following qualifications:
· PhD strongly desired with either a MS or PhD in Mathematic s or Statistics
· Healthcare, hospital, outcomes, insurance experience
· Analytics or stats background
· Communication skills (written and verbal)
· 8+ years experience
