Senior Life Underwriter Responsibilities:

Responsible for a staff of underwriters. Highly visible reporting directly to the CEO.

You will be responsible for advising and giving recommendations to CEO on all underwriting matters, department managerial duties, training, individual caseload, and second signature authority from underwriting staff.

Senior Life Underwriter Requirements:

Requires 5 yrs senior life insurance underwriting experience;

Current approval limit $500,000+ - Standard through Table 16, strong human relations and communication skills;

FLMI/FALU preferred;

Strong knowledge of MIB, privacy laws and insurance compliance regulations affecting underwriting.

Proven effective trainer.
