As a Senior Manager, Change Management, you will have the opportunity to impact Covance's future by working across the organization to develop and execute our employee Change Management Plan.

Specific specific responsibilities include:
• Developing and “championing” the Clinical Development Services Change Management strategy; focusing on process improvement and information technology projects across the organization.
• Partnering with key shared service groups (e.g. Learning and Performance, Communications, etc) to develop and execute our plan design to ensure complete and sustained change.
• Partnering with regionally based Change Managers to ensure that changes related to global projects are implemented consistently in all regions.
• Interacting with departmental leaders to identify the most effective change management strategies and techniques for effectively improving employee performance.
• Training, mentoring, and coaching leaders and project teams in the use of Change Management strategies and techniques to raise the awareness and appreciation of effective Change Management planning and execution.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for this position will have the following experience and education:
• BA/BS is required. A focus on Organizational Design/Dynamics, Marketing or Communications is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive and proven change management planning and execution responsibilities in a related business environment.
• Proven organizational change management skills
• Strong project management skills, including project planning and financial management abilities
• Creative and resilient in application of change management techniques
• Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a complex matrix environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and facilitation skills 
• Project Management certification would be preferred.
