Senior Manager, Customer Call Center

About the Job

Los Angeles based Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Call Center.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced automotive customer call center which consists of divisions devoted to customer service and quality control.

This position reports to the Director, Automotive Business Operations and works closely with other departments to build scalability, efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage all day-to-day operations of call center divisions.

·         Hire and train call center supervisors and representatives.

·         Develop and maintain call center scripts.

·         Ensure that the technology in the call center is appropriate/adequate (phone systems, computers, network).

·         Coordinate operations and reporting with partners, suppliers and offshore partners.

·         Monitor, measure and drive the quality and performance of the department.

·         Manage pre-quality control data management activities.

Qualifications:

·         At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced heavy-volume call center.

·         Ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions quickly.

·         Ability to analyze and use metrics to drive management decisions.

·         Self-starter with proven leadership skills.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.
