Senior Manager – Digital Transformation &
Professional Services

What you will do

This individual will be the senior customer
facing manager and single point of contact responsible for end-to-end digital
transformation solutions offerings to a major customer of Johnson Controls. The
selected individual will daily be connecting our products and services to bring
insights, efficiency, reliability and value to our partners and
customers.  This individual will lead and manage others directly necessary
for the overall growth and expansion of this offering and to lead our customers
through the successful delivery of the digital transformation solution. These
solutions may include the following: data platform, connected device health
management, compliance analytics, connected converged security, space
management, and comfort and energy optimization solutions. The role will serve
as the primary enabler of ongoing digital transformation efforts in partnership
with the customer. A successful outcome is ensuring the customer’s buildings
progressively become an intelligent and data rich smart environment to improve
occupant experiences and maximize required business outcomes.


 

How you will do it


  • Single point-of-contact
    accountabilities:


    • Manage
      all on-ground stakeholder relationships including senior client buyer and
      functional owner relationships for the designated solution

    • Drive the
      necessary sign-off of the JCI Digital Solutions’ products and services
      solution with proper input from the client business objectives, industry,
      risk assessment, budget and preferences (see service group rules/process
      and escalation approach for specifics)

    • Interface
      JCI digital solution’s SMEs required during the sales & solutioning
      process 

    • Direct
      and coordinating with Legal & Product Services in areas specific to
      the solution to ensure use of standards

    • Understand
      and translate clients’ requirements into a standard solution offering
      deal approach leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the
      right collection of JCI’s Digital Solution offerings

    • Prepare
      the spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan

    • Understand
      and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing
      the cost model estimates working with Service - Delivery, Solution
      Management 

    • Align
      solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other
      contractual documents) with final terms and conditions


  • Lead the
    planning, development, testing, and documentation of the software for
    helping customer’s digital transformation in smart environment of the
    future by leveraging JCI’s products, cloud service and data platform



  • Travel at 50% (estimated)











What

    referenceable experience directly owning key client relationships and
    delivering high levels of client satisfaction

  • Track record in
    delivering growth revenues from value created within the account

  • Proven leader and
    developer of people working in diverse team environments

  • Preferred experience in
    delivering industry offerings such as F&A, HR&L, Procurement
    Customer Care, Networks, Utilities, Banking,

  • MBA, BS’s or higher
    Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration
