  • Represent the voice of the Target guest and our responsible for translating interactive channel strategy into the guest interactive experience vision, while leading the related user experience and technology implementation and/or operationalization of the Target.com Platform, Mobile, Social Media and In-Store Digital Marketing Channels.
  • Lead over all user experience strategy, development, documentation and delivery
  • Effectively interacting and transacting with various business partners primarily within Target.com and across the Target organization; leading discussions, setting clear expectations
  • Lead User Experience and Design Engineering Managers and Specialists
  • Manage multiple projects varying in size and complexity; prioritizing time and tasks as needed across user experience team to meet various deadlines; understanding the overall project process
  • Developing and delivering presentations and reports for project teams, clients, managers, and other units of the company; effectively communicating and managing expectations regarding project and business strategies, status, and key guest opportunities within project teams and larger organization including Senior Management

Requirements

  • 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years relevant work experience, with minimum 5+ years working with online
  • Demonstrates sustained experience effectively leading a team
  • Displays mastery of complex marketing and business principles and exhibits strong critical thinking skills including problem solving, decision making and analysis
  • Has strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with and win support from varying levels cross-company
  • Strong interactive development/technology capability, including working knowledge or Macintosh and PC operating systems and software, including staying current on Flash, Photoshop, Imageready, Dreamweaver, web browsers and Illustrator technologies
