We're looking for an exceptionally motivated, analytical, strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Vendor Management to manage retail software vendor relationships and our digital software strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for digital selection expansion, identifying new business opportunities, building direct relationships with key suppliers to offer an authoritative selection, negotiating contracts, terms & conditions, managing and improving business and ingestion processes, pricing, developing collaborative marketing and impactful promotions, and driving sales and margin improvements. In addition, the Senior Manager must be an effective leader and communicator in working with Amazon.com partners and vendors, as well as with internal groups such as technical teams, control buying, site merchandising, marketing & PR, finance, operations, and retail systems. Job Qualifications The ideal candidate has strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and business development. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are musts.
