Senior Manager, Web Advertising Products
Affinity Labs, a Monster property, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Monster Ad Operations, Product and our partners to manage the implementation of innovative and custom advertising products for our websites and communities. This position is critical to the generation of our growing revenue.
Essential Functions:
- Own implementation of newly created and customized ongoing campaigns to include ad products spanning display (banners), sponsorships and lead generation
- Manage advertiser delivery schedule expectations with internal partners
- Ensure achievement of display revenue performance targets through regular reporting and analysis
- Align closely with Sales to identify opportunities and to develop ideas for needle-moving ad products that will increase ad revenue and success for ad clients
- Work closely with internal teams to produce creative "big ideas" for larger clients
- Create visual presentations explaining the custom elements of the proposed plan to complement the RFPs
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of five years professional experience in online media advertising to include: project management, trafficking, lead generation, advertising operations, direct marketing and knowledge of internet advertising trends
- Strong PC computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and rudimentary visual graphics a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize work and manage resources to drive for results in a demanding environment
- Excellent written skills and ability to edit text and visual design
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Uncommon attention to detail and execution
- Adaptable, accountable and reliable
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic team player, willing to “roll up your sleeves” to help achieve team goals
There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to 799 Market Street, San Francisco on a daily basis.
