Senior Mechanical Engineer
for our Deerfield Beach, Florida location As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will: · Manage the mechanical department and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to develop junior staff members for skills/performance enhancement and employee retention · Direct the efforts of a team of engineers, designers, AutoCad technicians and others to complete designs for large size projects such as hospitals, hotels/hospitality, schools (K-12 & higher education), airports, and high rise buildings · Assist the Division Director with marketing and client development · Ensure appropriate fee scheduling and timely collections Ideal candidates will possess:
· 8+ years mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design experience in an A/E environment working on large scale building design · BSME · PE · Expertise in the mechanical field and solid fundamentals in parallel disciplines · Superior marketing and negotiation skills · Great client relations skills · Dedication to excellence in engineering · Leadership and mentoring skills
