Requirements
Primary job responsibility is 24x7 support of AT&Ts Mobility infrastructure network in support of SONUS GSX and PSX platforms. Job functions include problem isolation, accurate outage reporting, escalations, vendor management, and creation of MOPS for the Tier 2 centers. The incumbent will also provide SME support for Tier II and Technical Support Management teams within the Mobility support centers. Position requires a good understanding of routing protocols and security management. Position also requires a good understanding of the SONUS SGX, PSX platforms.
Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
BS in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Networking/Telecommunications. Expert understanding of the technical aspects of Network equipment and protocols, network facilities. CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE.
Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
Two years network experience or equivalent routing certificates. Two years experience with SONUS-Based VoIP applications and networks. Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.
