This NEW POSITION will provide technical leadership for a talented, dedicated development group within a GROWING company.   You will be involved implementing web applications on the Internet, utilizing Cloud computing and SaaS technologies.  Specific responsibilities include:

• Provide HANDS-ON TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP / GUIDANCE for a small, multi-disciplined web development / design team and facilitate daily Scrums. 

• Building commercial-quality web based .Net applications

• Leading the effort to build Rich Internet Applications, and harness the value of Agile, and iterative development processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a leadership role preferably with a software company, with primarily external facing web design / development

• Strong technology expertise/mastery in multiple diverse areas such as:

• Web technologies such as XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML

• .Net, C#, ASP.Net

• Visual Studio, Dreamweaver

• Advanced HTML form development

• Experience with UI/UX design and development

• SQL Server, Oracle

• Web Services - REST, XML, SOAP, WDSL

• Requires BS/BA degree in a technical discipline and/or equivalent experience.
