Magnani Caruso Dutton is looking for a Senior Online Media Producer with online advertising and media trafficking experience to join our growing team. This position is initially freelance/contract with potential for full-time basis.

The Producer is responsible for managing the execution of Internet-related projects from initial research and strategy through development, delivery, and analysis. This includes liaising with clients (stakeholders), negotiating with media buying vendors, ad serving and fulfillment, managing resources, project scheduling and management, budget tracking and status reporting – and any related factors that affect project success to ensure delivery of product within time, cost and quality parameters. 

Requirements – the candidate must possess the following:

• Prior interactive/digital/online media agency experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including team management and working with media buying agencies
• Prior experience with ad trafficking, comprehensive knowledge of interactive/internet project specifications
• Must have experience with ad serving technologies, includling Eyeblaster, Atlas DMT, Bluestreak, DART, and Pointroll
• Solid project management skills with a proven track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion
• Strong web and technical knowledge as well as computer skills, including MS Project and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations
• Outstanding organizational, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously

General Duties will include:

• Instrumental in the ad trafficking process, including troubleshoot issues with media vendors, tag generation and QA
• Maintain expertise on digital media and share knowledge within agency
• Develop, produce and delivery of online programs
• Help to set tone for client engagements
• Oversee architecture and implementation of interactive projects
• Create and maintain project plans
• Coordinate with the Production Director and other producers in the efficient utilization of resources
• Work across the creative, design, and production teams to ensure proper and full implementation of the project plan
• Update project plans and relay project status to clients
