As a SeniorOracle Consulting Manager you will be called upon to provide expertisein the area of Oracle eBusiness Suite applications. In addition to delivery responsibilities on client engagements, you are actively inolved in "above the funnel" sales actities as well as qualified sales opportunities. You educate and provide Oracle eBusiness Suite expertise support to business development teams atall levels within the Global Business Solutions group.

Essential Functions:
Qualified candidates must have experience managing very large or complex Oracle implementation projects covering all the domains of change. They must have a proven track record of developing effective relationships at all levels within a client organization. They must demonstrate proven success in driving projects and business organizations toward achieving the intended business results within a contracted time and budget. Experience must include developing and communicating project quality metrics (performance to plan, budget conditions, and resource utilization), validating estimates, schedules, and associated work products. Project Managers must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and have extensive experience in System Implementation/Upgrade methodologies and the approaches that support them.
Essential Knowledge:
Qualified candidates will have the experience and ability to provide project leadership for complex Oracle implementations. Work involves designing and developing sub-system extensions to Oracle Applications (Financials, Manufacturing, etc). Candidates should have experience as a team leader and mentor, and be able to provide leadership and third party application assessment and installation, as well as assist clients with technical infrastructure development. Requires hands on experience with at least 3 modules of Oracle Applications and the latest technology tools.
Essential Skills:
Must live in the St Louis area.
At least 10 years experience in the information technology field with at least (5) years working with Oracle Applications.
Detailed understanding and experience with Oracle Financial Applications and data architectures.
Experience with Oracle Applications r12-Hands on.
Successfully managed at least three (3) Oracle Application Upgrades and/or Implementations.
Thorough understanding of Multi-Organization and multi-currency functionality and their application in complex business situations.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Oracle AIM Methodology & toolkit.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Seven or more years of consulting experience in organizational change, business software product suite, or business process disciplines
  • Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology
  • Experience working with standard company sales methodology and reporting requirements
  • Experience working with techniques and best practices in organizational change, business software product suite, or business process disciplines
  • Experience working with company solutions, service offerings, products and capabilities

Other Qualifications
  • Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
