This is a 1 year assignment with the strong possibility of yearly extensions.  Work is in San Antonio, TX.

Job Description:

·         Develop engineering solutions, within established timelines, to provide a fault tolerant PKI Enterprise Infrastructure for the enterprise.

·         Provide senior assistance to PKI solutions as Tier 3 support.  Acknowledge trouble tickets within one hour of receipt.  Acknowledge Configuration Control Form (CCF) within one day of receipt.

·         Evaluate all aspects of authentication and data flow of various applications currently in production and future deployments.

·         Analyze all aspects of authentication and data flow of various applications currently in production and future deployments. 

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of Department of Defense Public Key Infrastructure (PKI ) to include Certificate Authorities, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Directory Servers, Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) Responders, certificates and certificate revocation lists (CRLs); 3 years experience

·         Ability to Public Key Enable (PKE) all their tiers of applications to include Presentation Tier, Data Tier and Business Tier for client authentication and/or access control using digital certificates.

·         Candidates must be familiar with setting up SSL on web servers using certificates, familiar with OCSP protocol and Tumbleweed configuration, have a strong understanding of Active Directory and networking and be able to use packet/protocol analyzer to troubleshoot, etc.

·         Experience with Windows Server 2003 within the past year; five years experience and working knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS), Active Directory and Domain Name Service (DNS).

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and Apache-based Web Servers hosted on various platforms to include Windows, Linux and Unix; 3 years experience

·         Knowledge Microsoft Certificate Authorities

·         Knowledge of Middleware used to present certificates found on secure tokens to calling applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Netscape Browsers; 3 years experience
