Delta Research Associates, Inc., a Federal Contractor seeks a Senior Personnel Analysts to support a Federal Government Agencies in the Washington, DC area.
Major Responsibilities:
Classify Agency positions
Create Crediting Plans
Create Performance Plans
Devise Evaluation Statements
Process Award Statements
Position Management
Process all phases of the recruiting and staffing process
Process and explain benefit plans
Assist Federal Offices in organizational realignments
Assist in implementation of paybanding, reductions in force, and other Agency actions
Advise staff on Human Resource issues and policies
Requirements:
At least 10 years Human Resource experience as a Federal Government employee.
Good communication skills, orally and in writing
Good customer relation skills
Ability to work independently
Some positions require a Top Secret Clearance
