About Job
Senior Pharmacy Financial Consultant

A Senior Pharmacy Financial Consultant supports consulting and business development efforts for the Managed Pharmacy Group within our Health & Benefits business. Our pharmacy specialists consult to all market segments including employer plan sponsors, government program sponsors in the US and internationally. To fulfill this role in either our Minneapolis or Houston office, the Senior Pharmacy Financial Consultant will:

  • Provide specialized consulting and project management support to clients regarding their pharmacy benefit program as well as other Health & Benefits areas such as Health & Productivity Management

  • Serve as a recognized technical and marketing resource to health & benefits consulting staff

  • Perform needs assessments, define systems and administrative requirement, and lead project meetings

  • Coordinate project implementations and ensure client satisfaction

  • Assist with review and continuous improvement of key processes such as vendor procurement.

     


 



  • BA/BS degree required; 

  • Three to five years of pharmacy benefit plan design experience with PBM, carrier or benefits consulting firm 

  • Underwriting or actuarial experience a plus.

  • Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefits plan design and cost management as well as familiarity with the pharmacy benefit manager market 

  • Superior analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management and client activity systems.
