The successful candidate will provide leadership and focused direction for our Outdoor Equipment Product line by developing mission and purpose using a Strategy Map and a Balanced Scorecard, develop and implement product line plans and policies, anticipate and respond to market needs, generate and implement new product ideas, prioritize and drive projects and resources, and remove barriers to ensure product line success.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent discipline is required. MBA a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Seven or more years professional-level experience in product line management or similar position
· Comparable industry experience managing a high volume of replacement parts/skus/catalog items (e.g. lawn and garden products, outdoor equipment products, power tools, cleaning tools, kitchen appliances, vacuums, pumps and air moving equipment).
