Denham Resources seeks a Senior Manager, Product Marketing for an exciting opportunity with huge upside and potential for growth for the right candidate.
SUMMARY
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for executing all traditional inbound and outbound product marketing and management activities, including but not limited to (i) collaborating on go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging, (ii) conducting analysis of specific markets, customers, and competitors to aid the Director of Product Marketing formulate of product vision and strategy, marketing requirements and supporting programs, (iii) Product P&L responsibility, and (iv) writing MRDs and managing the Product/Technology Roadmap. The candidate is expected to bring extensive online product knowledge, strong leadership skills, and organizational experience to help contribute to the growth of the organization.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Proven track record of creating and executing revenue generating marketing programs.
• Revenue and profitability minded with a thirst to continue to challenge the norm.
• Must be articulate and have excellent written communication skills.
• Must have strong presentation and delivery skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to lead executions across different departments simultaneously.
• Marketing mind-set with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Superior relationship building skills with the proven ability to influence decisions by prospects, customers, and team members.
• BA/BS degree required.
• 5-7 years of Product Marketing experience, specifically in the online marketing, direct response, or affiliate
marketing space.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full responsibility for the Product P&L, including working collaboratively with the Director of Product Marketing
to set P&L goals for each product line.
• Responsible for all outbound marketing functions (ie. product conception, positioning & messaging, pricing, launch,
and optimization).
• Prospect new opportunities (i.e. publisher/advertisers, emerging markets or products, and unique marketing
strategies).
• Work collaboratively with Monetization Team and Business Development Teams on improving profitability.
• Key contributor to the product vision and strategy through analysis and research.
• Manage key deliverables to ensure Technology schedule aligns with overall business P&L objectives.
• Define, scope, and write product/technology requirement documents and also will manage cross-functional teams to execute on the tech roadmap for the specific product.
• Manage and improve departmental processes (i.e. tech cycles, product marketing processes, product QA, etc).
