Position:


We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for our Customer Interaction product offerings. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-driven, product marketing manager.  Proven business skills, technical understanding, and good communication skills are critical success factors. Responsibilities will include competitive market research, understanding current and future customer requirements, working with the technology and sales teams to create product requirements. The successful candidate will also work closely with other Marketing team members on web site and collateral production, marketing programs and demand generation activities.


Function: Product Management and Marketing


Location: Kirkland, WA


Primary Responsibilities:


·         Work closely with Management to define the product strategy and roadmap


·         Developing strategic and tactical marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, and interfacing with Sales, customers, and industry analysts


·         Drive and develop material for product launches, including press releases, customer presentations, videos, demonstrations, webcasts/podcasts, and sales training materials.


·         Own and create high quality product positioning and messaging


·         Own and manage product-related marketing materials and resources, such as product web content, data sheet, white papers, and customer case studies


·         Collaborate and provide support to Online marketing, outbound marketing, and other marketing teams to create Marketing Communication and demand generation content and materials 


 


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


·         Undergraduate degree in Technology/Marketing (MBA preferred)


·         Knowledge of Contact Center Services and SaaS solutions or enterprise integration sales is essential


·         7- 10 years of experience in software/IT services product marketing/management


·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presenting and demonstrating technology products to audiences, such as customers, analysts, partners, technical peers, and non-technical professionals


·         Financial/Business analysis and project management skills are a plus


 


Compensation and Benefits:


·         $80-100K base salary
