Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred. Candidate should have five-ten years of work experience in programs serving young children (0-5) and families with a background in program development, strategic planning, meeting facilitation and training, outcome based-evaluation, and project management. Position provides technical assistance, support and monitoring of programs funded by the partnership, serves as staff to the partnership’s allocation committee, Healthy Kids collaborative, and assist with community based planning committees. This position plans and implements one to two public education forums a year on early childhood issues. Experience with early childhood, health and family support programs ( Parents as Teachers) is preferred. Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills required excel, access, power point etc.).
