A Fortune 100 firm in Manhattan is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a growing B2C Direct Marketing business. The candidate who fills this exciting role will manage large scale direct marketing campaigns and have responsibility for executing growth plans and launching new products within a rapidly expanding business unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Project Management (Focus on Telemarketing & Direct Mail)
- Lead execution of marketing initiatives via coordination with compliance, fulfillment centers, telemarketing agencies, and marketing partners while managing campaign schedules and costs
- Design/execute/manage B2C customer acquisition campaigns
- Report/analyze trends, marketing expenses, revenue, persistency & ROI
- Day-to-day management of key issues impacting sales/marketing performance
- Facilitate definition of processes/requirements for new projects & programs
- Review processes/results to identify problems and solutions
Candidates MUST have the following abilities & experience:
- 5-7 Years B2C marketing experience
- 5+ Years Project Management Experience, primarily in marketing-related roles
- 3+ Years experience focused in either Direct Mail and/or Telemarketing campaign management
- Strong analytical abilities and a strong understanding of marketing metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Partner/client relationship management experience
- Excellent communication skills (including the ability to communicate/influence at all levels)
- Experience with Insurance OR Financial Services OR Membership/Subscription products is preferred
This is a long-term consult-to-hire position which starts with a 6-12 month contract followed by a strong opportunity for full-time hire by the Fortune 100 firm.
