Candidate will provide senior program management services for digital customer list management to identify issues, improve automations, and explore new opportunities for key business decision making. The candidate will need to accomplish this through management of virtual teams, analysis, piloting projects and reporting efforts directed by our client.
Project Data Analysis
· Identify Data gaps in existing customer list processes
Identify Data Gaps/issues preventing customer list pulling accuracy and trust in systems
Ongoing Customer List Management Analysis
· Strengthen Operational Processes of Customer List Management
§ Define and implement score carding, processes, roles, and responsibilities to provide operational reporting processes. Continue identification and resolution of stakeholder needs through analysis of program process.
§ Identify key areas of improvement for data extract and automation of reporting.
§ Provide for ad hoc reporting needs and inquires from partners and executives.
Requirements:
· 5 years minimum program management experience.
· 2 years of data analyst experience in Excel, Access, or SQL Server. Must be able to perform SQL Queries against various repositories to data mine for data inconsistencies.
