Senior Program Manager - Performance Solutions

Provides day-to-day management of Performance Solutions projects initiated by the Sales force and department staff for new and existing clients. Proactively responds to new business opportunities as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order of importance. (Other duties may be assigned)
Manages complex and higher volume Performance Solution programs for clients by working with clients to design incentive programs solutions.
Manages complex programs, including detailed proposal with the program’s strategy, operational flow, and financial assumptions.
Develops and implements integrated, prebook, and incentive programs for clients, to include consolidation of orders, packaging and fulfillment.
Develops and maintains program budgets, timelines & client relationships.
Serves as a liaison between the client and internal departments to provide contractual services and act as an internal team leader to involve special order, accounting and other departments to resolve client issues.
Works closely with sourcing specialists on integrated programs to coordinate sourcing of product, packaging, and fulfillment of product kits for clients.
Develops and applies “out of the box” solutions and processes by identifying and evaluating opportunities for new PS solutions.
Communicates project status to department team and managers on a consistent basis.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma plus five (5) years in a sales/marketing environment or Bachelor’s Degree plus three (3) years experience growing and developing accounts required. Knowledge of print production and fulfillment services preferred. Experience as project team leader preferred
