CORE architecture + design, located in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Project Architect with 5 - 10 years of experience for a leadership role in its growing restaurant practice.

The position requires at least 3 years of practical and relevant restaurant experience.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and consultants on diverse projects; must be able to take direction from Project Managers and Principals; and, ultimately, be comfortable producing clear, concise and coordinated project documents with technical specs of a high professional standard.  Additionally, candidate must be capable to assist and oversee the construction administration phase of a project.

Qualified candidates possess strong organizational, creative, technical and analytical abilities and the ability to multi-task.  These qualities are essential to form a good foundation for CORE's aesthetic.
